At P.B Universe, we aim to deliver reliable, professional cleaning services you can count on. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Services
Our team provides residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning based on the package you select. The scope of services will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe entry to the property and secure pets or valuables. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Supplies
We bring our own professional cleaning products and equipment. Basic items such as soap, detergent, or garbage bags may be replenished by us and billed to the client.

Payments
Service rates vary by package and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation or service agreement. Payment is due on or before the scheduled cleaning date. All invoices are subject to applicable GST. Late payments are subject to a 2% fee.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Short-notice cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the specified areas at no extra cost.

Liability
We are insured for accidental damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured valuables.

Termination
Either party may end services with 14 days’ notice.
