The home: clean and well maintained
Access: transit or workable alternative
Household: suitability for a student placement

On Compensation

Compensation depends on the room, what is included and the length of stay, so we discuss it individually and confirm it in writing. We do not advertise fixed rates and we do not guarantee income or continuous placement.
