Terms & Legal
The terms that apply to your use of this website and the enquiries you submit through it.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the P.B Universe website at pbuniverse.ca. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website is for
This website provides general information about P.B Universe's property management and housing services and lets you submit enquiries through our forms. Nothing on this website is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee that a particular property, room, service or placement is available.
Enquiries are not agreements
Submitting a form on this website starts a conversation. It does not create a tenancy, a management agreement, a hosting arrangement or a partnership. Any arrangement with P.B Universe is set out in a separate written agreement, and the terms of that agreement govern the arrangement.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but service details, availability and fees change. Information here is general and should not be relied on as a statement of what is available or what it will cost on a particular date — contact us to confirm.
Not professional advice
P.B Universe is a housing, accommodation and property services company. Nothing on this website is legal, financial, immigration, visa or admissions advice. We are not an immigration consultancy or an educational consultancy. Information about Manitoba's residential tenancy rules is provided for general orientation only; the legislation and the Residential Tenancies Branch are the authoritative sources, and your own agreement sets out the terms that apply to you.
Your use of the site
Please use this website lawfully. Do not submit false information, submit another person's personal information without their consent, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or any restricted area of it.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. Forms are not monitored continuously. For life-threatening emergencies including fire, gas leaks and severe flooding, call 911 immediately.
Third-party links and services
This website uses third-party services for form delivery, fonts and hosting, and may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
Intellectual property
The P.B Universe name, logo, text and design on this website belong to P.B Universe and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page is the current one.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada that apply there. Questions can be sent to placide@pbuniverse.ca or 204-804-2532.
