How form submissions are handled
Forms on this website are delivered to our business email by a third-party form-delivery service. That service processes the submission in order to deliver it to us. Submitted information reaches P.B Universe at placide@pbuniverse.ca.

We share personal information only where it is necessary to provide the service you asked for — for example, sharing relevant details with a property owner, a host household, or a contractor attending a maintenance request — or where we are required to do so by law.
